What is your shipping policy?
Turnaround: I personalize orders quickly and aim to get customers their orders in 1-2 weeks, shipping from Oregon. I can no longer guarantee a specific delivery date, but I am doing all I can to ensure the fastest delivery. Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls and the welding caps take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Do you ship Internationally?
I do not ship internationally at this time, as shipping outside of the continental United States is pricey. Please get in touch with me if you are in Canada and would like to make a purchase. Shipping quotes can be provided if you email me the product you are interested in and the exact address using the contact form on this page. Customs and duties may be applied to these shipments at their destination, and these fees will be the recipient’s responsibility.
What about local pickup, APO/FPO, and multiple addresses?
Local pick-up: I love our local customers and encourage them to pick up their orders here in Prineville. For local pickup orders, select local pickup, and no shipping charges will apply. Once the order is finished, I will email you. Just reply when you want to pick up your item(s).
APO/FPO Address: If you have a U. S. billing address and are shipping to an APO/FPO military address, proceed with standard shipping during checkout.
Multiple Addresses: Orders shipped to different addresses must be placed as separate orders to ensure the correct item goes to the correct recipient.
How do I track an order?
To track your order go to Track My Order and enter your Order ID and billing e-mail, then press the "Track" button. You should have received this information on your receipt and in the confirmation e-mail.
What form of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards: I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express and use Stripe as my payment gateway.
Checks & Money Orders: Orders paid by check or money orders will not be started until payment clears. You will be contacted when I can start your order.
Cash: I accept cash only on orders to be picked up or delivered in person. Items must be paid for before I begin the order.
How do I choose personalization options?
Personalization instructions will be displayed for each item once you select “Personalize It.” Follow the prompts. Where applicable, choose the number of lines. Select 1 Line if you want just a name on a single line of text. Select 2 or 3 Lines if you add a second name, date, or short message in addition to the title. Each line will give you the option to 1.) Type in the name/message in the text box 2.) Select the lettering color for that line, and 3.) Select the lettering style/font for that line. In most cases, a preview will display your selection. Once you are satisfied with your creation, you can Add it to your cart.
How will I know what order letters go on monograms & initials?
When selecting a style for your monogram, the order of initials varies according to the style. When the center letter is taller than the others, the order of initials is traditionally first/last/middle. For example, say the person's name is Calvin Lee Clark, and the monogram would be CCW. For styles in which all letters are equal in size, the order of initials should be first/middle/last. In this case, the monogram would be CLC. For the Circle Monogram, typically, the initial is the first letter of the foreground name.
Do you edit the information we give you?
I offer the option of messages and birth information on many of my items in addition to the name, making each gift even more exceptional. Please note that this information will be done as submitted, so take care to type in the correct information. Occasionally the item chosen is limited in space and may have abbreviated dates and birth information.
Do you gift wrap & include gift messages?
All orders have the option to be shipped directly to the gift recipient. For no additional charge, you can add a personalized gift message card to be included with the item. Gift wrap is available for most items for an additional $4.99.
