Welding-Caps by Diane are comfortable, snug-fitting caps that hug your head perfectly without extra fabric. Caps have two rows of stitching along the bottom to help keep their shape. The bill uses cotton batting and 4-5 rows of stitching to prevent shifting and hold its shape throughout the cap’s life.

The reverse side of the cap is a complimentary solid color fabric sewn with thread that matches the main fabric.

Sometimes embroidery selections are not easily seen depending on the fabric you choose. Keep that in mind when selecting embroidery options.

Not sure of your capsize? No problem! Our measurement guide in the above tab will help you find your perfect fit.

All fabric is pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. However, if you dry your cap on high heat, you may still see some shrinkage.

As with all custom-made items, there is a short wait before shipping. The current shipping time is 2-3 weeks.
